FEES AND ADMISSIONS

Our fees are competitive with the most private schools in South Africa, while delivering quality Bible based education. Joining the HCA family requires a once-off, refundable enrolment levy, which supports the ongoing development of our school facilities. There is also a yearly maintenance levy to ensure the upkeep of our learning spaces, contributing to the excellence we provide.

  • School fees are payable before the 7th of each month, for 11 months from January to November.
  • The second child receives a 5% discount, and the third child receives a 10% discount.
  • If the total annual fees are paid before 31 March, a 5% discount is granted.

This full-year Grade R programme features:

Early Learning Centre

  • 6 Months – Grade RR –R2110 p/m
  • Grade R – R2225 p/m

Foundation Phase (ACE)

  • Grade 1 – 3 – R3135 p/m

Intermediate Phase (ACE)

  • Grade 4 – 6 – R3135 p/m​

Senior Phase (ACE)

  • Grade 7 – 9 – R3405 p/m

FET Phase (ACE)

  • Grade 10 – 12 – R3550 p/m

Diagnostic Test

  • All grades – New learners pay R150 once-off upon enrolment for the diagnostic test

Registration Fee

  • All grades – New learners pay R1000 registration fee upon enrolment

Re-enrolment Fee

  • 6 Months-Grade R – R200 annual levy
  • Grade 1-12 – R500 annual levy 

Textbooks

  • Gr R-12 – Included in school fees.

Homework Club

  • Gr 1-3 (13:00 – 16:00) – R400 p/m
  • Gr 4-12 (14:00 – 16:00) – R400 p/m

Early Learning Centre Aftercare

  • From 13:00 – 17:00@ R10 per hour
