Harrismith Christian Academy welcomes you with a warm heart into our family.
Our commitment is to work together with our parents to invest and participate in their child’s education.

Harrismith Christian Academy, originally established as a church school, has been registered with the Free State Department of Education since 1997 as an English medium, combined independent school offering grades R-12. Our method of instruction is based on biblical values and enables each learner to achieve academic excellence through a self-paced, mastery-based, and individualised method of learning.
Creative Kids, Early Learning Centre, opened its doors in 1998. Our passionate teachers nurture each child with love and care to create a relaxing atmosphere where the children can experience a home away from home. Each child receives the individual attention that they deserve. The children learn through play to develop each child to their full potential.
Daily praise and worship sessions, and bible devotions teach our students Christian character values, and build a strong foundation in our Christ-centred learning environment.
Development takes place not only on an intellectual level, but also on a social, emotional and physical level.
Our aim is to teach each child the love of Jesus and how to carry it out into the world. Daily praise and worship, Bible stories, prayer, and scripture memorisation provide each child with a firm, Christ-centred foundation.
